FOREST ACRES — The fourth and final suspect in a mid-January home invasion turned himself in to Forest Acres Police on Sunday.
Rayon Davon Wright, 20, of Cells Court, Columbia was charged with attempted armed robbery, first-degree burglary, attempted murder and six counts of kidnapping, according to a release from the Forest Acres Police Department.
The home invasion occurred Jan. 20 when the suspects knocked on the door of the single-family residence in the 3500 block of Linbrook Drive. When someone answered the door, police said the suspects fired several rounds as they burst inside.
Forest Acres Police Chief Gene Sealy announced the arrest of two other suspects earlier this month, Ellison Devon Hudson, 26, and Derrid Johnell Leaphart, 23. Deshawn T. Patterson, 23, was killed during the incident.
Wright surrendered to authorities on Sunday. Bond will be set in general sessions court.
